Shipping & Delivery Policy 

1. Moss Art Products (Custom-Made & Ready-Made): 

Production & Handling: Custom-made moss art pieces are handcrafted after the order is confirmed and payment received. Ready-made moss art is shipped directly from stock.

Processing Time: Custom-made items typically take 5–14 business days to produce. Ready-made items are shipped within 2–5 business days.

Shipping: The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping times vary depending on the destination country.

Packaging: Moss art is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. The Buyer should inspect the package upon arrival and notify the Seller immediately if damage is detected.

2. Digital Products: 

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email once payment is received. Delivery is considered complete once the download link is sent or files are made accessible. The Buyer is responsible for providing valid contact information and ensuring they can access digital files.
Technical support is available for 14 days after purchase in case of delivery issues.

3. International Shipping: 
The Seller ships moss art worldwide. 
Shipping times and costs depend on the destination and the shipping method chosen by the Buyer.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the Buyer. 
The Seller is not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

4. Shipping Insurance: 
For valuable or fragile moss art, the Buyer is recommended to choose insured shipping.
If the Buyer opts for standard shipping without insurance, the Seller cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit.

5. Order Tracking: 
Tracking information is provided for all moss art shipments where available.
Digital products include access information or download links in the order confirmation email.

6. Address & Changes: 
The Buyer must provide a correct shipping address at the time of order. 
Changes to the shipping address after order confirmation may delay delivery. The Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or changed addresses.
