Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Gunnarsson Design.
We offer both custom-made moss art, ready-made moss art, and digital products.
Because each category is different, the return rules vary accordingly.


Custom-Made Moss Art

Custom-made and personalized moss art pieces are created individually for each customer.

These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned, unless the product arrives damaged or clearly defective.

If your custom piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gunnarssondesign.is with photos of the damage.
We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.


Ready-Made Moss Art (Non-Custom Items)

Ready-made moss art pieces that are not personalized fall under standard consumer return rights.

You have a 14-day return period (EU & Icelandic law) for these items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be unused

  • in its original condition

  • in the original packaging

  • with proof of purchase

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.


Digital Products

Digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

By purchasing a digital product, you agree to waive the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content delivered immediately.

If you experience technical problems with a digital file, please contact us and we will gladly assist.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

  • Custom-made items: exchanges are not possible unless the product is damaged or defective.

  • Ready-made items: the fastest way to exchange is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved.

If approved:

  • your refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • processing may take up to 10 business days

  • bank or card delays may occur
