Care Instructions for Your Moss Art

Your preserved moss art is a natural, handcrafted piece that requires minimal care. Follow these simple guidelines to keep it looking beautiful for years to come.

Important Care Guidelines

  • Do not spray, water or cut – Your moss is preserved and does not need water
  • Avoid strong temperature fluctuations – Keep in stable room temperature
  • Avoid vicinity to radiators and air conditioning – Heat and cold air can damage the moss
  • Avoid direct sunlight – UV exposure causes fading and drying
  • Avoid pressure on the moss surface – Handle gently, do not press or touch the moss

Ideal Conditions

Our moss pictures feel most comfortable at temperatures between 10-29°C. The humidity should be between 30-60%.

Moss pictures are not suitable for outdoor use. Direct and strong exposure to heat causes the moss to become hard and dry. UV exposure must be avoided as this leads to fading of the moss.

Cleaning

If your moss art gets dusty, gently remove dust with a soft, dry brush or use compressed air from a distance. Never use water or cleaning products.
