Shipping Information

We ship our handmade products worldwide from Iceland. All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that the following delivery times are estimates from the date of shipment and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, and other factors beyond our control:

Iceland: 2-4 business days
European Union (EU): 7-14 business days
United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
United States: 10-21 business days
Asia (Japan, China): 14-21 business days
Rest of World: 14-28 business days

These are estimated timeframes only. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer the following shipping rates:

Iceland: €10 (free shipping on orders over €100)
European Union: €35 (free shipping on orders €350-600)
United Kingdom: €30 (free shipping on orders €350-600)
United States: €35 (free shipping on orders €350-600)
Asia: €50 (free shipping on orders €350-850)

All shipping rates are for packages up to 2kg. Heavier packages may incur additional charges, which will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Prices shown to international customers exclude VAT. Icelandic customers pay 24% VAT, which is included in the displayed price.

We are not responsible for any customs delays, fees, or charges. Please check with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

Delivery Issues

While we take every care to ensure your order arrives safely, we cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by customs processing
Delays caused by postal or courier services
Lost or damaged packages after they have been handed to the carrier (please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number)
Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
