Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original condition.
• Digital products and custom/personalized items are non-refundable.
• Moss art and handmade items must be returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
